It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Hooks of Metter, Georgia, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gross and Ruby Jewell Crider Reeves; her husband Edward Hooks; her daughter June Hooks Collins; and her granddaughter Melissa Harris Tyndall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Manuel Reeves, Barto Reeves, Gross Reeves, Audrey Reeves Everett, Shirley J. Mandel and Geraldine Sipes; and her children, Mark Hooks (Jill), Linda Turner (James), Erika Brandsma and Deborah Harris (Chris). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
