She was predeceased by: her siblings, Betty Sue Rooks Huckeba and Tony Rooks; and her sons, David Jackson Dukes (DJ) and Jonathan Allen Dukes. She is survived by: her siblings, Hershel Barry Rooks (Mary Ann) of Jasper and Linda Diane Rooks Rigsby (Garry) of Atlanta; her children, Kristi Dukes Thomas (Wayne) of Cobbtown and Joshua Aaron Dukes (Nycole) of Carrollton; and her grandchildren, Terrence Carter of Rome, Samantha Hallman (Ricky) of Cedartown, Stephanie Eason (Joshua) of Rincon, Savannah, Sadie Dukes of Easley, SC, David L. W. Dukes of Metter, Payton and Ashlynn Dukes of Carrollton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
