With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loree Marcine Parker of Metter, Georgia, who passed away on April 19, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Loree leaves behind and her impact on our lives. Though Loree may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear, a guiding light that illuminates our paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Earnest and Beatrice Silva Amaral; and her children, Thomas Swift and Rhonda Lee Steere Grundstein. She is survived by : her husband Gerald Parker; her children, Shirley Loree Steere, Melinda Boyett, Stephen Gary Steere Jr. (Karen) and Michael Parker; and her siblings, Robert Earnest Amaral Jr. (Judy), Joseph Amaral (Judy) and Sherri Church (Tom). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wood Funeral Home (800 S E Broad St, Metter, GA 30439). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
