She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wiezorek and Margaret Wiezorek; her husband Marion Harvey "M. H." Kitchens, Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Hobbs and Judy Wiezorek.
She is survived by: her son William "Bill"; her daughter-in-law Rosemary Kitchens; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Brandon Loyd; her grandchildren, Cole, Cameron, Courtney Kitchens, Preston and Carter Loyd; her great grandchild Luke Kitchens; and her nieces and nephews, Robert, John, James, Brian, Tony, Tim, Mary Ann, Jennifer, Julie, June and Jean. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cedar Street Baptist Church in honor of Mrs. Luana Jean Wiezorek Kitchens.
