He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kemp Franklin of Metter; his siblings, Doris Cook (Kelton) of Metter, Jenny DeLoach (Joe) of Metter, Jerry Franklin (Ida) of Farmington, CT, Pernal Franklin (Cathy) of Metter and Marty Franklin (Terry) of Pulaski; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Deal Franklin of Excelsior, Edna Brinson of Metter and Annette Bruner of Metter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
