He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boyd Lee and Frances Harvey Lee; and his wife Cynthia Raiford Lee. He is survived by: his children, Philip Boyd Lee (Tess), Jeffrey Michael Lee (Paula) of Twin City, GA, Stephen Kendrick Lee of Durham, NC and Cynthia Denby Lee Bonacquisti (Joe) of Charlotte, NC; and his brother Leon H. Lee (Judith) of Young Harris, GA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
