He was predeceased by: his parents, H. J. McNeely "Junior" and Sarah McNeely. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McNeely; and his daughters, Mitzie Padgett (Chad), Gina Hansford (Philip) and Lisa Parker (Ken). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
