She was predeceased by: her father Billy Fulmer; her grandfather Newburn Wilkes; her sister Sonia Fulmer; her grandparents, Bill Hackle, Kenneth and Betty Fulmer; her aunt Vickie Parker; and her uncle Kenneth Fulmer, Jr..

She is survived by: her mother Susan Hackle Fulmer; her sisters, Wendy Bass and Billie Sue Fulmer (Tracy Snipes); her grandmother Frances Wilkes; and her aunts, Sandra (Bobby Layson), Linda (William Woods), Joann (Henderson Deal) and Wanda Fulmer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
