He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Sutton and Edna Bishop Sutton; and his wife Evelyn Doyle Sutton. He is survived by: his children, Russell Christopher (Rosanna) of Metter, Mickey Sutton (Mylene) of Metter, Patty Hall (David) of Metter and Laura Sutton of Metter; and his siblings, Gene Sutton (Joyce) of Metter, Don Sutton (Pat) of Stilson, Joyce Woodcock (James "Woody") of Metter and Flossie Nell Rigdon of Metter. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
