With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler Leslie Herron of Metter, Georgia, born in Bowling Green, Ohio, who passed away on October 8, 2021 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lynn F. Bankey; his brother Blake M. Bankey; and his father Troy Herron of Richmond, IN.. He is survived by: his grandparents, Leslie A. Herron and Jeanette F. Charles; his mother Linda Bankey (Al Moore); his sister Elizabeth Gonzalez (Guillermo) of Metter; his stepfather James Luman of Upper Sandusky, OH; his grandfather Richard Bankey (Carla Lynn) of Metter; his stepgrandfather James Luman (Vickie) of Upper Sandusky, OH.; his half-sister Amanda Springfield of Richmond, IN.; his sister Miracle Ammons (Matt) of Metter; his close friend Pinky Dizzle of Freedom, PA.; his nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Rosalie, Saphira and Augustine of Pueblo, CO.; and his cousins, Drew Bankey (Ella) of Blanca, CO, Richelle Mabry and Tyler. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles.

“RIP Tyler, even though we just recently got to meet and get to know you the last month , month and a half, you already left a huge impact on our family. Having you stay at our place for the past few weeks off and on ( the last week you had stayed with us the entire time ) was an honor, you were always willing to lend myself a hand doing whatever needed to be done. I'd do anything to restart Friday morning over again and unsee what we seen. My girls miss hanging out star gazing with you while”

“I sat on porch and watched. I'm sorry for the family's loss and I hope you know that I would redo Friday morning over again if I had known he was struggling. I replay looking into the boys bedroom before going to pick up a check and you and Chris just chilling out together and then I got the worst telephone call in history to rush back home. God I wish I could of done something to help you. I am really sorry for the family dealing with this loss & I pray those moments Friday morning get”
