She was predeceased by: her parent Addie O'Hearn; and her sisters, Wanda and Gail. She is survived by: her husband Leland Mitchell; her daughters, Shay Bullock (Dirk) and Breka Arnold (Jason); her grandchildren, Kaitlynn Bullock and Syri Arnold; and her siblings, Dorothy, Helen and Billy (MaryAnn).
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
