He is survived by: his wife Rose Sara Pritchett Slonaker; his children, Dr. Richard Lynn Slonaker (Ödül) and Dr. Tammy Slonaker Spear (Michael); his granddaughters, Laura Smith (Josh), Sara Strader (David) and Alisa Slonaker; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Smith, Declan Smith and Wyatt Strader.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Of Pine Mountain Family Life Center (206 McDougald Ave, Pine Mountain, GA 31822). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain, Pine Mountain (206 McDougald Ave, Pine Mountain, GA 31822). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Lawn Cemetery.
