It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha M. Patterson of Midland, Georgia, born in Louisville, Alabama, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bruce and Mabel Betty Alums McDonald; her husband Loren B. Patterson; and her siblings, Ercelle Dawson, Nadine Herring, Erma Herring, Braxton McDonald and Kyle McDonald.

She is survived by: her sister Beulah Roberts; and her niece Martha Jeanelle Fourhman (Dan).
