He was predeceased by : his son James Waters; and his parents, J. B. Waters and Joy Waters. He is survived by : his wife Melissa Waters; his stepchildren, Katelyn Williams of New, Joseph Sarette (Hannah) of New Hampshire and Krystyn Tollison (Chase) of Sylvania; his brothers, Richard Waters (Diane) of Oregon and David Waters (Amy) of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Killian McGee of New Hampshire and Carter Tollison of Sylvania. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
