He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Wiggins and Ollie Daily Wiggins; and the mother of his children Patricia Ann Spence. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Spence Wiggins (Denise) of Midville and Donna T. Wiggins of Midville; and his siblings, Ronald Wiggins (Donna) of Twin City, Larry Wiggins of Millen, Shirley Herman (Gary) of Millen, Euda Lee Deer of Millen and Nellie Kate Oglesby (Bob) of Pooler. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
