Kenneth leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Kenneth’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kenneth will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Kenneth Harper and Kate Eloise Johnson Harper; and his daughter Tara Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Black Harper of Midville; his son Joe Harper of Midville; and his grandchildren, Jessica Sumner (Justin) of Twin City, Brandon Hutchison of Milledgeville, Heather Martin (Colby) of Dellwood and Kenny Hutchison of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hebron Primitive Baptist Church.
