She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Hughes and Helen Baxter Hughes; her husband Samuel Jesse; her grandson Mark Everett Flaig; and her sister Clydeane Mott.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey S. Flaig of Redcliff, KY; and her grandson Christopher Flaig (Rebekah) of Midville. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and many friends.
