He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Jr. Harn and Ida F. Harn; his brothers, Robert D. "Bobby" Harn, III and William "Jimmy" Lee Harn, Sr.; and his grandson Weston Kole Hiser.
He is survived by: his children, Allan E. Harn, Sr. (Debbie) of Guyton, April M. Garrett (Doug) of Guyton, Rita R Hiser (Nick) of Cobbtown and Ashley Harn of Screven; and his siblings, Helen Phillips of Savannah and Frank D. Harn of Evans, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
