We announce the death of Caroline Veronica Howell (Midway, Georgia), who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 63. She was predeceased by: her mother Roseanner Bowers (Jackson); and her sisters, Bridgette Wallace (Larry) and Patricia Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Howell; her children, Nicole Cooper-Dakus (Brandon), Keshia Howell (Derrick) and Kiera Howell; her stepson Wayne Howell III (Kiera Howell); her daughter Mariama White (Isaac); her grandchildren, Ja'Nya Cooper, Moses Cooper, Reign Cooper, Teigen Cooper, Reigen Cooper-Dakus, Derrick Grant III, Kennedy Grant, Nariah Howell, Navi Howell, Noah Howell, Myles Howell, Ivy Butler, Jayden and Kiyan White; and her siblings, Pamela Stallings (Keith), William Timmons Sr., Valerie Mayo (Versia) and Leslie Joy McNeil. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dorchester Funeral Home (7842 E Oglethorpe Hwy, Midway, GA 31320). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
