She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Frazier and Louise Frazier. She is survived by: her close friend Theron Harvey; her daughter Latarsha Mcmillan (Sedrick); her grandchildren, A'zayvion McMillan, Zarion McMillan, Za'Nahri McMillan and A'Nahria McMillan; her siblings, Herbert Frazier and Juluis Frazier; and her brother-in-law Rodney Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
