He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Brenda Bearce Webb. He is survived by: his wife Monica Rossell Webb; his children, Laura Webb Smith (Brad) of Thomson, GA and Darren James Webb (Sherry) of Lake Wylie, SC; his grandchildren, Brian Daniel Smith (Megan), Chase Alexander Smith, Alexis Grace Webb and Matthew Ashton Webb; his sister Jane Webb Evelyn (Allan) of Kennebunkport, Maine; and his nieces, Kate Evelyn Fialky (Josh) and Kelsey Evelyn Morant (Giovanni). He is also survived by 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
