Don Bounds Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 16, 2026, at the age of 68, Don Bounds of Milledgeville, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Don departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Don may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Don leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hudson Bounds and Eddie Ruth Rouche Bounds. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Brumbelow Bounds; his sons, Andrew Dylan Bounds (Bonnie Queen) of Montana and Nicholas Dakota Bounds (Caitlin) of Charlotte, N. C.; his grandson Reid Timothy Bounds; and his sisters, Jennifer Bounds Bush (Larry) and Millicent Bounds Greene (John) of Macon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
