He is survived by : his daughter Nancy Stephens of Baltimore, Maryland; his grandson Jake Martak of Baltimore, Maryland; and his sister Anna Mayo of Milledgeville, Georgia.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 20th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2617 Vinson Hwy, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
