She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Bowman Cox and Maggie Mae Hinkle Cox; her husband Joseph H. Cramer; and her niece Shirley Shaw. She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen M. Frick (Barry) of Albemarle and Indianola A. "Kitty" Rouse of Kingsport, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lowder and Dustin Frick; her stepchildren, Tina Leman of Indiana and Gary Cramer of Texas; and her nephew Carl "Shorty" Arthur of Missouri. She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Hazel to Sandy Valley Baptist Church at 1124 S. Houston Lake Rd., Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
