She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Wesley "Tobe" Garrard, Sr. and Elizabeth Bonner Garrard; her husband William W. Archer, Sr.; her stepmother Mary Franklin Garrard; and her siblings, Marvin W. Garrard, Jr. and Anne Garrard Whorton.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Archer and Lynda Archer Alanko; and her grandchildren, Skye Archer, Nicole A. Medved (Nick), Will Archer and Eric Alanko (Becca). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Flowers are accepted but friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association. Keep Jacquelyn's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
