He is survived by: his spouse Gail Barlett Harley; his daughter Julianne Harley Fowler (Gary) of Milledgeville, GA.; his stepson Keith Scott; his grandchildren, Macey Marie Fowler, Mitchell Harley Fowler, Brittany Wilkinson Chandler and Jamie Wilkinson Gonzolaz of Savannah, GA.; his sibling Marion Leland Harley of Atlanta, Georgia.; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Evelyn Chandler, Brea, Matthew and Joseph Gonzalaz.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moores Funeral Home & Crematory (301 S Wayne St, Milledgeville, GA 31061). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
