She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Sapp and Dorcas Tanner Sapp; her husband Johnny Franklin Harrell; her daughter Linda Harrell Hogg; and her sisters, Juanita Massey, Dorothy Deane and Betty Hewitt.
She is survived by: her sons, John Harrell, Jr. of Perry and Michael Harrell of Athens; her sister Patricia Smith of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Gary Hogg (Michele), Angela Hogg-Ward (Stephen), John F. Harrell (Carla), Steven Harrell and Christopher Harrell. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren.
