Ramsey; his son Sammy Lee Ramsey, Jr. (Cathy); his grandsons, Sammy Ramsey (Ellie) and Chris Ramsey; his siblings, W. J. Ramsey, Rye Ramsey and Claudette Okowski; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Smith (Kyle) and Selina Carr (Michael); his stepgrandsons, Madison Smith (Miranda), Spencer Smith (Megan) and Dylan Smith (Jenna); and also Donna Baugh. He is also survived by five step-great grandchildren.
