He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morgan Moore and Carolyn Parker Moore; and his wife Evon Jackson Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Norris (Gregory Kelsey) of Milledgeville; his grandchild Rainy Norris Brown (Steven) of Orlando, FL; and his brother Dr. William Morgan Moore of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
