He was predeceased by: his parents, Willaim Daniel McCoy and Evelyn Holton McCoy; and his sister Sharon McCoy Garland. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Theo Garland of Milledgeville; his nephew William Sedrick Garland (Evelyn) of Winder; and his great-nephew William Noel Garland of Winder.
