He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford R. Gibbs, Sr. and Willie Mae Sweat Gibbs; and his brother Clifford R. Gibbs, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Gibbs of Millwood; his sons, Jason R. Gibbs (Jennifer) of Jasper and Jeremiah Michael Gibbs (Haley) of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Gentry Gibbs, Naomi Moore, Amanda Moore and Ashton Moore; and his siblings, Danny Gibbs (Angie) of Atlanta, Bobby Mitchell of Jacksonville and Jeannie Odum of Kingsland, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
