She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Banks and Annie Jeanette Johnson Banks. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Gene Head; her sons, Phillip, Jr. (Laura Crenshaw) and Charles "Chuck" Eugene (Genia Crenshaw); and her grandchildren, Brittany Crenshaw, Aaron Crenshaw and Andrew Crenshaw.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Milner Baptist Church Cemetery (107 Pecan Dr, Milner, GA 30257).
