He was predeceased by: his parents, H. R. Mangham and Bernice O'Kelley Mangham; and his sister Linda Williams. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith Mangham; his children, Richard "Dicky" Mangham (Wendy) and Nancy McClain (Scott); his grandchildren, Cameron Daniell (Jamie), Hannah Mangham and Lance McClain; his great grandchild Grant Daniell; his brothers, Glenn Mangham (Joyce) and Ricky Mangham (Sherry); and his brother-in-law Skipper Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
