He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bell and Bertha Bell of Mineral Bluff, GA.; his son-in-law Roger Moore; his great grandchild Oaklyn Townshend; and his siblings, Junior, Norman, Kenny, Pearl, Pauline and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hensley Bell; his daughters, Glenda Pressley (Kenny) of Blairsville, Sandi Stewart (Gerald) of Princeton, KY, Vicki Padgett (Phillip) of Jasper, Patty Nicholson (Dennis) of Mineral Bluff, Rebecca Payne (Kenny) of Blairsville and Robin Clippard (Drew) of Lavonia; his grandson Ronnie Bell (Rebecca); and his siblings, Harmon Bell and Margie Indelicato. He is also survived by Fifteen grandkids, 21 great-grandkids, 1 great-great-grandson, and a great-great-granddaughter.
