He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mackey and Helen Mackey; and his stepdaughter Elizabeth Godwin. He is survived by : his wife Judy Mackey; his daughters, Susan Mackey and Debra Wilfong (Vick); his stepsons, Tyrus Matthew Ragan and Jimmy Orren Ragan; his brother Joe Mackey; his nephews, David Mackey and Jim Mackey; and his niece Cathy Mackey McMorrow. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
