She is survived by: her husband Doug Cook; her sons, Daniel and Sam Cash; her siblings, Jerry Andrew Cash Sr., Tony Cash, Andrew Cash Jr., Karl Cash, Donna Worley and Tina Morrow; and her grandchildren, Shawn Cash, Kyleigh Cash, Rebecca Cash, Cheylynn Cash and Riker Ledford. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
