He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Millen L. Grice and Millie Maude Grice; his siblings, John Paul Grice, Frank Winford Grice, Columbus Roger Grice, Polly "Maerell" Nealey and Flora Ann Tipton; and his granddaughter Kinsey Grice.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Grice, James Grice (Tia), Amy Burrow (Mike) and Tina Bath (Shaun); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Grice, Matthew Grice, Nathan Grice, Bailey Grice and Jay Grice (Charley Ann).
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel of Blue Ridge (3911 Appalachian Hwy, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home of Blue Ridge (3911 Appalachian Hwy, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the Brawley Cemetery.
