Though Doris may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Doris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Davis and Elizabeth Rowland Davis; her brother J. C. Davis; and her daughter Janice Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Phillips of Mitchell; her daughters, Kathy Hunsaker of Mitchell and Laura Dunfee of Ball; her grandson Rocky Phillips Lawrenceville; and her brother Herbert Davis of Cumming. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
