He is survived by: his children, Uganda Jackson, Janella Dupree and James Charles Bullard, Jr.; and his siblings, Ruth Wright, Pauline Bullard Moore, Mary Williams, Exa Bowens and Geneva Collier. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchild, as well as his many nieces and nephews.
