He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kelley and Marie Kelley; his daughter Joyce Meeker; and his brother Roy Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Reese Kelley of Mitchel; his children, Chris Kelley (Ashley) of Mitchell, Terry Arrington (Steve) of Mitchell and Sherri McKinnon of Dunn, NC; his siblings, Jimmy Kelley (Frances), Jerry Kelley (Nickie), Geneva Redfern and Eva Chalker; his grandchildren, Chad Arrington, Jason Arrington (Ashley), Kellie Powell (Chris), Andrew McKinnon (Meagan), Grace Kelley, Brooks Kelley and Adam Meeker; and his great grandchildren, Ace Arrington, Tate McKinnon, Shep McKinnon, Ethan Powell and Emily Powell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Homes (57 College St, Gibson, GA 30810).
