She is survived by: her children, Tracy Haynes (Wesley) of Macon, Alana Mullins (Michael) of Cochran, Keeley Thompson (Richard) of Haddock and Jim Simmons (Kristin) of Hawkinsville; her grandchildren, Dr. Annsley Fox (Will), Gracy Haynes, Caleb Mullins, Ethan Thompson, Ryan Thompson, Riley Slayton and Kallie Slayton; her great grandchild Amelia Ann Fox; and her niece Peggy O'Neal Miller of Douglas.
