It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Manders Casper of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Loyce Cecil Casper; her daughter Wanda; her son-in-law Johnny Collins; her son Mike Casper; her parents, Henry Manders and Florence Moffitt Manders; and her siblings, Helen Manders, Rena Austin and Charles Manders.
She is survived by: her children, Holly Turner of Bethlehem, Rodney Casper of Bethlehem, Dana Beyatt (Marvin) of Lexington and Amy Holder of Hoschton; and her nieces, Susan Moubray, Martha Jean Day and Carol Parks. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
