It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Brooks of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bobby may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clyde Brooks and Clara Dunahoo Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Karen (Mark Duncan), Kathy (Shan Culpepper) and Keith; his daughter-in-law Stacie Brooks; and his sister Jayne Bolton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
