He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, John Horn and Jerry Wade. He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Wade and Donna Wade (Horn) of Monroe; his sister Chasiti; his brother-in-law Jeremy Jones of Oxford; his grandmothers, Gloria Horn of Monroe and Yvonne Wade of Loganville; and his great-grandparent Ronnie Adams of Monroe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at 2120 H D Atha Rd, Monroe, GA 30655.
