He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edward Allen and Carrie Montgomery Allen. He is survived by : his wife Hazel Breedlove Allen; his daughter Cyndee; his grandchildren, Lauren, Blake Davis, Morgan and Ryan Garner; and his son-in-law Bryan Brown. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
