He is survived by: his brothers, John Alva Witcher (Mukaddas Arzikulova) of Monroe and Melvin Lynn Witcher (Michelle) of Loganville; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Malcom (Gene) of Monroe, Judy Rouse of Braselton, Debra Bryant (Earl) of Loganville and Pam Jenkins (Paul) of Hammond, LA. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
