He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedric Rylee and Bessie Rylee; his wife Barbara; and his daughter Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Kathi Cook of Commerce, Charlene Goins of Monroe, GA, Louise Goins of Winder, GA, Elisabeth Runyon of Elberton, GA, David Rylee, Jr. of Monroe, GA. and John Rylee of Stone Mountain, GA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
