He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jean Wicker Smith; his grandparents, Eloise Wicker and George Gladden; and his brother Coleman McCloud Jr.. He is survived by: his father Gary L. Smith; his children, Denton Smith Jr. and Mahala Isabella Smith; and his brother Tony McCloud.
