He is survived by: his wife Patty Rice of Monroe; his sons, Greg Rice (Kim Franklin) and David (Jessica Rice); his grandchildren, Courtney Rice, Austin May, Laila Rice, Bryon Rice, Noah Rice and Anakin Rice; his sister-in-law Jerry (Alice Rice); and his sister Marilyn Gibson of West Virginia. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, brother.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service (288 Hurricane Shoals Rd NE, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
