She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Hood and Pearlie Murrell Hood; her husband W. A. Pittman; her son-in-law Junior Burnette; and her siblings, Betty Lovern, Pallie Griffith, Jean Geratoni and Jimmy F. Hood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Burnette and Charna (Andy Parker); and her sister Joanne Stephenson. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
